My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from the lively Broadbeach area, the accommodations left much to be desired. I faced issues with cleanliness and maintenance, which overshadowed the positives. Despite these drawbacks, there was potential if the management took the time to make necessary improvements.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The resort is severely outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. While I did appreciate the availability of Foxtel, the overall experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness and unprofessional management. Ultimately, I would recommend spending a little extra for a better option elsewhere.

The hotel felt quite outdated and had significant safety concerns, especially after my granddaughter and her partner had their luggage stolen due to no locks on the windows. The check-in process was also frustrating and could use improvements. On a positive note, the room was spacious and clean, but the overall condition of the establishment left much to be desired.
